Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the performance management system.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for employee performance tracking and management.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
• Facilitate communication between business users, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Define and document workflows, system integrations, and data management requirements.
• Support the testing team by validating functionality against requirements.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for system optimization.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of key system features, such as the performance dashboard, reviews management, files management, and notifications.

• 2,5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, preferably in financial or performance management systems.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation techniques.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and writing user stories.
• Familiarity with financial services, banking, or employee performance management is a plus.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work with data, analyze trends, and provide insights for performance tracking.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and database management concepts is a plus.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
