About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in IoT or embedded projects to lead both software and hardware development initiatives from concept to implementation. This role requires strong project management skills and an understanding of the IoT ecosystem, including embedded software, hardware development, and the certification process.

Main responsibilities
- Manage the full IoT product development cycle: from requirements gathering and planning to prototyping, development, testing, and implementation.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, proactively managing risks and potential issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams: firmware developers, hardware engineers, PCB designers, DevOps, QA, and data analysts.
- Work with electronics manufacturers and factories, overseeing the manufacturing and testing of devices.
- Manage the product certification process (if required).
- Define and manage customer business requirements and expectations.
- Communicate with component suppliers and contractors.
- Organize MVP demonstrations and presentations for customers and investors.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering IoT projects.
- Hands-on experience starting projects from scratch.
- Experience managing fixed-price projects.
- Ability to lead technical teams and act as a bridge between developers, hardware teams, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Basic understanding of hardware development and its integration with software.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Proactive mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with the IoT stack, including sensors, microcontrollers, and wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, Zigbee, 4G/5G, NB-IoT).
- Knowledge of the IoT product development lifecycle.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.

Nice-to-have
- Experience working with electronic component suppliers, factories, and production processes.
- Understanding of IoT infrastructure (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.
- Basic knowledge of C, C++, or Rust.
- Experience with IoT applications in automotive, industrial, supply chain, or healthcare.Familiarity with Predictive Maintenance, Digital Twin, or ML solutions for IoT.
