Partnership manager

We seek a Partnership and technology alliances manager, who will drive strategic collaborations and partnerships with technology providers, enhancing innovation, growth, and competitive advantage for Yalantis.

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with technology companies and vendors that align with Yalantis’s goals and objectives in IoT, AI, Data/BI, and software development expertise.
• Negotiate and formalise partnership agreements and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that foster long-term collaboration and value creation.
• Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with existing partners and establish new to maximize collaboration, execute co-marketing and co-sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, engineering and delivery, to align partnership goals with company objectives and project requirements.
• Monitor and assess partnership performance.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends and internal practices to identify new opportunities for strategic alliances and potential collaborations or partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate partner technologies and solutions into Yalantis’s products, solutions or services, driving value and differentiation and vice versa.
• Promote technical and sales enablement opportunities arising from partnership programs. 
• Promote and support learning and certification opportunities within the company arising from partnership programs.
• Create partnership announcements, battle cards, and presentations to enhance partner engagement and visibility.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Partnership Manager or Technology Alliances Manager.
• Proven experience with AWS Partner Programs or with other leading tech companies such as Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, etc.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Passionate about the digital transformation of businesses.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change.
