• Develop and maintain features for the platform using Ruby and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Work with business logic architectures like service objects, DCI, and state machines.
• Build and manage APIs, including RESTful JSON APIs and gRPC.
• Handle background processing using tools like Sidekiq Pro and Karafka.

• 3+ years of experience in Ruby development.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Rails (6/7) and Phoenix.
• Experience with Kafka, Karafka, or AWS SQS is a plus.
• Solid understanding of databases like PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, and Redis.
• Experience with testing tools like RSpec.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Intermediate level of English or higher
