Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated UX Designer to join our UX team, focusing on app experiences, in a collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing native app experiences and a strong user-centered approach. With exceptional interaction design skills, information architecture expertise, and a passion for UX, you’ll translate user needs and business goals into seamless and engaging user experiences.

• Design advanced functional prototypes quickly and iteratively.
• Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and interaction design specifications to create a comprehensive application flow experience.
• Plan and execute a solid UX process across multiple feature sets within a single mobile app.
• Expertly designed the user flow, incorporating all user cases, business requirements, quantitative and qualitative research findings, usability criteria, and technical limitations.
• Ensure consistency and quality in design by adhering to and evolving the design system and standards.
• Conduct UX Desk research (e.g., benchmarks, feature analysis, user persona definition) to understand user needs and expectations.
• Propose and conduct UX research methodologies when required, such as user tests, card sortings, heuristic analysis, surveys, etc., to validate and improve the user experience.
• Facilitate ideation and design thinking sessions to generate new ideas and design solutions with the rest of the team.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Owners, and Product Directors to ensure design consistency and quality.
• Interpret quantitative data from tools like Amplitude to gain insights and continuously improve the user experience.
• Present proposals and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways.
• Professionally present the product to the rest of the team or external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the UX research function within the team.

• 5+ years of professional UX design experience in mobile app projects as a key member of a design team participating in the product development lifecycle.
• Demonstrable experience in developing medium to high-fidelity prototypes and interaction design at an advanced level.
• Ability to work in an agile, proactive, and pragmatic manner, adhering to established deadlines.
• Expertise in information architecture for complete application flow design.
• Strong portfolio of design projects and UX processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, UX, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid knowledge of Figma.
• Solid knowledge of native apps.
• Familiarity with analytical data to inform design decisions.
• Ability to propose and lead ideation sessions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to document processes effectively.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
