About the role
Our Yalantis Marketing Department is looking for an experienced and result-oriented digital marketing manager. In this role, you’ll be the operational driver behind our inbound strategy — making sure the right people are doing the right things, reviewing results, and constantly improving what we do. You’ll report directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with other teams across the company.

— are experienced in coordinating SEO, link building, PPC, and CRO efforts with internal team members and external vendors;
— can support and guide the team in executing our inbound marketing strategy — and aren’t afraid to suggest improvements when something isn’t working;
— know how to translate marketing goals into clear, actionable tasks and track their progress;
— enjoy digging into web and campaign analytics to understand performance, identify weak spots, and recommend the next steps;
— are confident in using marketing tools to collect insights and turn them into decisions;
— are process-oriented and can keep multiple moving parts organized;
— have experience in B2B marketing and working with US/EU audiences;
— speak English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2). -
What you’ll do:
— Coordinate the work of internal team members and vendors involved in SEO, link building, PPC, analytics, and CRO;
— Support the execution of our inbound marketing strategy and provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve it;
— Supervise the creation and optimization of SEO-driven content for landing pages and blog posts;
— Monitor the performance of inbound channels and continuously refine them based on SEO and user behaviour analytiсs;
— Analyze website traffic, campaign data, and user behavior to identify opportunities for growth;
— Make data-informed decisions and present clear recommendations to the marketing team;
— Own and maintain the marketing backlog in Jira, keeping tasks prioritized and aligned with business goals;
— Collaborate closely with other Marketing Managers;
— Identify growth opportunities through content gap analysis, SERP audits, and competitive research;
— Use GA4, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and other tools to track and interpret website traffic, keyword performance, conversion metrics, and engagement. -
What we’re looking for:
— 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on SEO, PPC, and inbound strategies;
— Proven track record of working with external vendors and managing performance channels;
— Experience analyzing the full customer journey from first visit to conversion;
— Proficiency in SEO tools (like Ahrefs, SE Ranking), web analytics (like GA4)
— Ability to provide clear feedback to team members and vendors and guide them toward better outcomes;
— Strong communication skills. -
