Project manager

This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 0.5 year of project management experience in IT company, preferably handling programs with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of project management methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.

• Coordinate project tasks and support day-to-day operations.
• Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of project iterations.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
• Maintain documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Help eliminate blockers and keep the team focused on goals.

• 6+ months of experience in project coordination or management in a software development environment.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and software development workflows.
• Familiarity with performance tracking and team evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Ability to maintain focus on both details and the bigger picture.
